Hi, I am Steve Walsh, like you I was in the field as a consultant.  I started my career 25 years ago on the technical side, customizing ERP software for Microsoft.  I hit the same frustrating elements as many of you have experienced.  I was passed-over for promotions, I had an account executive threaten my career, I had consulting managers that had zero training, I experienced burnout, and traveled so much that life zipped by.   

I searched for answers and that's when I discovered a SECRET.

I got a coach and learned success habits and techniques to navigate my career.  My coach told me I needed to discover my Why; my Life Purpose!   Once I figured it out...I was no longer letting life push me around.  I am now able to change the conversation, leave the room, say NO or Yes, while keeping my Life Purpose in front of me.  I know how to get into my Zone at anytime!

After many years of consulting, I remember the pain of the journey and want to give back.  I earned my first coaching certification about 10 years ago through the Dream University and continued studying with Jack Canfield, the author of Chicken Soup for the Soul series, and The Success Principles. 

I am a certified Life-Coach, a certified Dream Coach, and a certified Success Principles Trainer.

For close to 10 years, I have coached using time-tested principles and 2 years ago started Exceptional Transformations, LLC, where I focus on helping IT consultants with their careers.
